Lytro cameras have constant f-stop at f/2.0, but yet you can shot now and focus later. Since they use basically thousands of little cameras, they can produce 3D images as well.

Pelican Imaging is looking to produce Depth-Based Photography by introducing 16 cameras at different focal planes. Similar to the Lytro, but focuses on giving you a depthmap or pointcloud  to use as a 3D scanner or to print straight to a 3D printer. They will even allow for video recording and even have all of this on your smart phone.
